The Torrent ski area offers you an unforgettable view of twenty four-thousand-meter peaks in the Valais and the Rhone Valley. 50 varied kilometres of slopes high above the rustic mountain village of Albinen and Leukerbad delight skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Generous sun terraces invite you to enjoy tasty drinks and meals.
Snow Park
The Snow Park Sportarena in Erli is a children’s winter playground situated in the village. With five beginners' lifts, it is heaps of fun for the young and old - with or without skis! And with the Leukerbad Guest Card, the snow park is free.
Ski Touring on Gemmi and Torrent
Untouched powder slopes, panoramic mountain peaks and challenging ascents: experience ski touring adventures on the peaks of the Bernese and Valais Alps. The Gemmi is a real ski touring paradise high above Leukerbad. With no lifts for alpine skiing, but near many classic peaks such as the Wildstrubel, the Balmhorn and the Schwarzhorn, it is the ideal starting point for ski tours of varying difficulty. Torrent also offers ski tourers a variety of tours and descents away from the groomers.
Kids on Ski
With the free Kids on Ski programme, children aged 3 to 5 can discover skiing in Leukerbad in a fun way:
- 5 half-day ski lessons at our ski school
- 6 days' ski hire & ski pass
- 7 nights' accommodation for the child in their parents' room (with at least 2 full-paying adults)

4 Tips for Budget-Conscious Guests
1. Book Early
The earlier you book, the cheaper your ticket will be. The price will not go down any further.
2. Prefer Weekdays
Prices are usually cheaper during the week than at weekends or during holiday periods.
3. Ski in the Low Season
Skiing outside the peak season means saving money, benefiting from fewer visitors to the resort and shorter waiting times. More piste for less money!
4. Compare Days
It can be worthwhile to compare additional days on multi-day tickets or fixed group rates with the current daily prices anyway. If you compare, you save!
